- Improved serving and attacking mechanics (many progress toward jump serving)
- More volleyball IQ and decision-making
- Balanced development by improving weak points—not just strengths
How is Mastery different from other trainings?
Mastery focuses on the complete athlete:
- All six volleyball skills — nothing is ignored
- Small groups with real coaching and constant feedback
- Vert + agility training built into development
- Offense + defense specialists (Coach Logan & Coach Lei)
How often will my athlete train?
Most athletes:
- Train on-court 1x per week in a small group
- Train vert + agility 1x per week
How are training groups formed?
Groups are formed by:
- Age first, then adjusted by skill and athletic level
- Small-group environments that encourage competition and teamwork
- Enough challenge to grow without overwhelming the athlete
Are beginners welcome?
Yes. Beginners are placed in appropriate groups where they can build confidence, learn fundamentals, and still be challenged.
What if my athlete misses a session?
Missed sessions are handled case-by-case. Valid reasons are considered when possible, but consistency is important — missed sessions usually mean missed progress.
How does pricing work?
Training is offered in packages based on training type and frequency.
