My Coaching Philosophy:
Mastery First: When mastery is achieved, the scoreboard takes care of itself.
Love the game: Inspire young athletes to love a sport and they will improve faster.
Teach Principles: I teach correct principles and encourage players to make decisions on their own, giving correction when needed.
Lion Mindset: The lion doesn’t run away from the challenge, be like a lion, own your environment.

What is the training like?
What Are the Benefits of Small Group Training?
Focused Coaching, Shared Energy
Our small group training sessions are designed to give each athlete personalized coaching while still enjoying the social and competitive benefits of training with others. With usually 4–6 athletes per session, players receive focused instruction tailored to their needs—whether it’s improving technique, gaining confidence, or building game IQ.
Teamwork Starts Here
Because volleyball is a team sport, it’s essential that athletes learn to communicate, cooperate, and compete alongside others. Small group training creates the ideal environment to grow both individual skill and team awareness—preparing players to succeed on and off the court.
Brazilian Style Versatility
The athletes are trained in every volleyball skill. I follow the Brazilian volleyball philosophy, which emphasizes developing well-rounded players rather than specializing in just one skill from an early age. Every athlete should feel competent in all positions on the court, while becoming elite in their primary position. This approach not only builds athletic ability, but also fosters confidence, resilience, and smart decision-making on the court.

Testimonials:
Coach Logan was an amazing coach he is really good at helping me find what I could work on. He also was very good at encouraging the whole team when games got hard. One game he gave me advice on how I could be a better team captain by being the biggest support of all my teammates and that advice has stuck with me since then.
Logan has one of the most positive and optimistic outlooks on life that I have ever witnessed and brings all of that to the volleyball court. He never once gets mad at the kids and encourages them to keep trying regardless of how many times they have failed. On top of that, he has an extreme knowledge of the game and is able to explain anything he is asked by athletes.
Logan is a great all around volleyball coach. While being coached by him I not only learned new skills, but also how to use them while playing. I am a setter and he taught me how you jump set by teaching at my own personal pace instead of generally teaching everyone.
When my child first started, they were at a solid beginner’s level, but thanks to Logan’s expert coaching and encouragement, they’ve advanced to a high-intermediate level so quickly! He creates an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and excited to improve. Beyond his technical expertise, Logan is a true friend to all. We are incredibly grateful for his dedication and the lasting impact he’s had on our child’s development, both on and off the court.
