Program Details – What We Train
1) Court Skills
Train every skill: serving, hitting, setting, blocking, serve receive, and digging.
2) Vert + Agility
Mobility, lateral (east–west), forward/back (north–south), and vertical jump.
3) Community
Train with athletes who want to improve—better energy, higher standards, and real friendships.
4) Character Development
Sports build resilience: leaving the comfort zone, learning from mistakes, getting knocked down and getting back up.
5) IQ Building
Turn volleyball into chess through film study, stats, and learning the “why,” not just the “what.”
LION – Mastery Volleyball
- L — Long-Term Mastery: Deep, lasting skill mastery over shortcuts and quick results.
- I — Intentional Presence: Train with confidence, focus, and competitive presence every rep.
- O — Ownership of Improvement: Responsibility, discipline, and self-driven growth.
- N — Navigating by Principles: Learn why skills work so technique and tactics transfer across levels.
Open Roster Spots – 1 Remaining
- We currently have 1 roster spot available for the 2026 Mastery 16 Blue season.
- Ideal for competitive 15–16U athletes who can commit to practices and tournaments January–May.
- If you’re interested in being considered, please contact Coach Logan directly.
These final spots will be offered to athletes who are coachable, competitive, and a strong fit for our team culture.
Structure for Development
- Development-first training: Every athlete has a clear improvement plan.
- Delayed video feedback: Players see what they’re doing + why it matters.
- Stats-driven goals: Practices are intentional, progress is tracked, and goals are measurable.
Why This Helps Varsity + College Goals
- Versatility: Confident in multiple skills and positions—not a one-skill player.
- Athletic edge: Jump, speed, mobility, and approach options translate immediately.
- Game IQ: Better reads, better decisions, and understanding systems.
- Coachability + confidence: Players know how to train, adjust, and compete under pressure.
Budget Overview
- Mastery is designed to be more affordable than most clubs while still providing a strong season experience.

- We train in a private house gym in Mapleton, helping keep gym costs low.
-
Payment plan — total season cost ≈ $1,200 per player, split into two payments:
- $600 due within one week of committing to the team.
