Personalized Volleyball Training

Why Choose Mastery Volleyball?

Building Skills for Life

At Mastery Sports Club, our players aren’t just learning volleyball—they’re developing life skills. Some of the best life lessons are learned through sports. Through small group training, we focus on individual growth, high reps, and meaningful feedback.

Parents consistently tell us their kids walk away from sessions not just better players—but better people. Tap to read more below about each of our core principles.
Skill Development

We train every athlete in all volleyball skills. Whether they’re new or experienced, your child will grow in technique, game IQ, and position-specific confidence.

We create a positive, focused environment where athletes learn to push through challenges and believe in themselves.

Even in small group settings, your child will learn how to communicate, support teammates, and develop leadership.

With a small coach‑to‑player ratio, each athlete gets the attention they need to improve quickly.

Training Info:

We host small group court training sessions on Saturday mornings (4 athletes or less per coach).

Agility and Vertical Training is held on Wednesday or Thursday evenings (choose one).

Open to athletes ages 12–16. Players are grouped by age and/or skill level for the best training experience.

We use a package system to pay for training.

Testimonials:

Meet Coach Logan

I’ve been coaching volleyball for four years, working with boys and girls of all ages—up to Club and High School levels. I’m currently studying Exercise Science at BYU and also work as a manager with the BYU Basketball team. I served an LDS mission in Paraguay, and yes—I love Spanish!

Before coaching, I spent years competing at a high level myself. Growing up with five older siblings meant sports were constant—and competitive. That drive helped me earn All-State honors in both volleyball and basketball, and compete in state championships for both. Those experiences shaped how I coach today: with intensity, clarity, and a deep respect for every athlete’s journey.

My Sports Experience

  • 7 years playing competitive basketball — All-State honors & a state championship appearance
  • 4 years playing competitive volleyball — All-State honors & a state championship appearance

Mastery Coaching Philosophy:

Mastery First

Master the skills, then the scoreboard takes care of itself.

Love the Game

Inspire young athletes to love the sport, and they’ll improve faster.

Teach Principles

I teach correct principles and encourage players to make decisions on their own, correcting when needed.

Lion Mindset

The lion doesn’t run from the challenge—be like a lion and own your environment.

Coaching into Mastery

“Mastery is the best goal because the rich can’t buy it, the impatient can’t rush it, the privileged can’t inherit it, and nobody can steal it. You can only earn it through hard work. Mastery is the ultimate status.” – Derek Sivers

This quote transformed my life and I am driven to help others become masters of life through sports.
