Mastery was built for athletes who want real development β not shortcuts. Our goal is to create a training + team environment where athletes build skill, confidence, athleticism, and volleyball IQ, while learning how to compete the right way.

Coach Logan Porter β Head Coach / Program Director. Development-first coaching with an emphasis on complete skill, athletic growth, and volleyball IQ.
Coach Lei Betham β Defensive specialist with a libero background (Lehi High varsity + club). The defensive mastermind of the program β building confident passers, defenders, and competitors.
